Shipping & Delivery

All orders are usually shipped 9am the next working day. We use a variety of carriers to ship your package. However, our preferred carriers are Australia Post and Couriers Please.

The following is a guide to expected shipping times (business days):
Please note that if you are in rural locations or in WA or NT, then delivery times can often be longer.

  • Victoria Metro - Next day
  • Victoria Other - 1 to 2 days
  • Interstate Metro Areas - 1 to 3 days
  • New South Wales - 2 to 4 days
  • Canberra - 2 to 4 days
  • South Australia - 2 to 4 days
  • Queensland - 2 to 5 days
  • Western Australia and Northern Territory - 5 to 10 days

All our packages are insured for loss and damage, and require signature on delivery. If the delivery address is unattended a card will be left to contact the courier company to arrange redelivery.

If your package is lost then please contact us at sales@jdmdirect.com.au so that we can begin taking the appropriate steps to resolve the matter.

In the case of damaged items, please take a picture and send to us within 2 days to sales@jdmdirect.com.au so that we can forward these on to the courier company to resolve the matter. To be safe, it is recommended that you check the package before signing for delivery.

Please note, insurance claims can sometimes attract an excess (up to $150), which is deducted from the value of the goods payable to the customer.

Returns, Replacements & Warranties

You may return new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding delivery charges). Items must be returned in their original packaging. JDMdirect will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. We will not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or returned more than 3 days after delivery. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by email (sales@jdmdirect.com.au) before returning your items.
Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please note that in order to receive a full refund, the customer is responsible to adequately re-pack and return the product using an equivalent courier service i.e. insured and trackable

Warranty disclaimer. The materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, JDMdirect disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Price Match Conditions

JDMdirect is confident that our prices are the most competitive you will find. If you find it cheaper elsewhere, JDMdirect will match a competitor’s advertised price for an identical stocked product subject to the following conditions:

  • The product is a genuine OEM part (not refurbished)
  • The product being compared must be identical to ours
  • The final price being compared must include the same postage, packaging & GST
  • The competitor has stock available (i.e. no backorders or rainchecks) in the quantity requested and available for immediate purchase
  • We reserve the right to refuse to price match if the compared price is unrealistically low and results in our financial loss
  • The product being compared cannot be part of a liquidation or clearance sale

Custom Orders

If you have not already done so, you will need to log in, or create an account. From there ordering is easy, just find your item, add them to your cart, then go through checkout. Payment can be made via Paypal or Bank Deposit.

What if I can't find the part I need on your website?
We are able to take custom orders to get you specific parts that you may require. For a quote please contact us and be sure to include:

  • The year, make and model of the car it is for
  • Description of the product and/or part number
  • Your post code

We will then send you a quote including delivery, please note delivery for custom orders will take 2 to 5 weeks from time of payment.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Currently, the available payment options are Paypal or Bank Deposit.

JDMdirect also reserves the right to remove, add, or alter any prices or promotions without any given notice. In addition JDMdirect reserves the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing. In such an event any amounts paid by the customer will be immediately refunded.

Viewing Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation providing the order details. Alternatively, all orders (current and historical) can be viewed via the My Account link which is located at the top right of the page (you will have to log in, if you have not already done so)

Privacy & Security

JDMdirect is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. In order to ensure this, the entire site has been encrypted by 128bit SSL security. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with our privacy statement. JDMdirect may change this policy from time to time. You should check the privacy policy page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

Limitation of Liability

JDMdirect shall not be liable for any consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials and/or products on this site or the performance of the products, even if JDMdirect has been advised of the possibility of such damages. All products sold on this website are designed for off road use only, it may be illegal to use some of our products in your state. It is the customers responsibility to ensure legalities.
